Getting Started
Thinking about consigning? It's easy. Text photos of your gently used furniture or home decor to 620-255-8901. Once we've reviewed your items, we'll let you know what we're able to accept and schedule a drop-off during store hours. Items should arrive clean, in good condition, and ready for the sales floor — free of dirt, dust, stains, odors, and pet hair.
Need help moving? We're happy to recommend a trusted full-service mover for a seamless experience.

Terms & Payouts
Consigned items are displayed in our store for up to four months. We price each item with the goal of helping it sell, using our experience with current resale trends, customer demand, brand, style, and condition. Most items sell much sooner than four months; in fact, roughly 80% of our inventory sells within the first 30 days.
For items priced over $60, we apply a 15% discount every 30 days to give each piece the best chance of finding the right buyer. If an item remains unsold at the end of the four-month consignment term, you may renew it for another term or arrange pickup. Items not renewed or picked up are considered released to the store and may be further discounted, donated, or otherwise handled at our discretion. Released items are no longer eligible for pickup or payout.
You'll receive 45% of the final sale price. Payouts are issued on the 5th of the month following the sale. Payouts under $200 are made in cash, while payouts of $200 or more are issued by check.

Selling With Us
We accept furniture, rugs, mirrors, wall art, and home decor. At the moment, we aren't accepting armoires due to low demand.
To keep things running smoothly, please text photos of your items to 620-255-8901 before bringing them in. We can only accept a certain number of items each day, and many consignors are scheduled days to weeks in advance. Sending photos ahead of time helps us determine whether your items are a good fit and may save you a trip.
We base pricing on several factors, including brand, condition, style, and current trends. Since condition plays such a big role, we only price items after seeing them in person.
Payouts are processed on the 5th of the month after your item sells. Payments under $200 are made in cash, and payments of $200 or more are made by check. All payouts are picked up in-store — just drop by when it's convenient!
While we don't offer in-house pickup for consigned items, we're happy to recommend a trusted full-service moving company. If you'd prefer a DIY option, many customers rent a pickup truck, cargo van, or moving truck from U-Haul, Home Depot, or Menards for larger items.
We also typically have someone available to help unload items you're bringing in for consignment.
Shopping With Us
Our price tags show the date an item arrived, the original price, and any scheduled markdowns for items $60 or more.
For example, this tag shows an arrival date of 9/1/08 and an original price of $329.50. The item is then marked down every 30 days by 15% of the original price, with each new price beginning on the date shown on the tag. Markdowns are applied automatically at checkout — no need to ask!
Because the items belong to our consignors and inventory moves quickly, they're sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We generally aren't able to hold items for future purchase or future markdown dates.
We can usually store purchased items for 7–10 days after purchase. Because our space is limited, we aren't able to provide long-term storage. If you need extra time, please speak with us before purchasing and we'll let you know what's possible.

With over 7,000 consignors and about 100 new items arriving every day, our inventory moves incredibly fast. Because of that, we aren't able to track requests or provide individual updates when specific items come in. We completely understand the thrill of the treasure hunt, though! Featured pieces may have sold, so please visit the store for current availability.
